SolutionI built a real-time duel engine — two players, the same question, five seconds, live scoring — with leagues, tiers and seasons to keep players climbing. One codebase ships a native app and a Flutter web build.

ProblemMost digital Mancala games flatten the culture and quietly drop the harder, older win condition — and none of them feel like the real carved board.

SolutionI rebuilt Nchọ from the rules up in Flutter: a pure, test-validated engine handling sowing, capture and the true seed-and-house victory, on a hand-lit carved-hardwood board with sowing you can actually follow.
